Considering the constant drop of tax revenues in the state
budget as worrying, Konfindustria, the largest business organization in
Albania, demands to PM Edi Rama to take adequate measures in order to improve
the current situation.
Konfindustria says that the current situation with budget
revenues, besides objective reasons relating to the global crisis, also relates
to wrong domestic policies and direct problems with decision making by
executive institutions.
“The 7% fall of budget revenues for the first 6 months of
2015, growth of GDP under expectations for 2015 and expectations for 2015,
although the economy has been injected with more than 500 million USD, the
increase of debt to a level of 74%, the low level of foreign investments, all
indicate that it’s necessary for PM Edi Rama to take immediate measures to
improve public financesâ€, said Konfindustria General Administrator, Gjergj
Buxhuku.
