Alb-Confindustry calls on immediate interference of the government to prevent the cut of energy off the aqueduct enterprises anticipated by the energy distribution company � CEZ. The aforecitted appeal follows numerous concerns submitted to Alb-Confindustry by too many industries, which make use of water as an indispensable constituent of their technological production process. In case the water supply is interrupted, it would bring forth the forced suspension of production in a great number of industries in the country accompanied by high financial costs. Alb-Confindustry adjudges the unilateral decision of the monopoly operator in the energy sector � CEZ Distribution � to cut the electric power as entirely unacceptable, in spite of the hard put situation of this sector and the reasons that compelled the distribution company take the never discerned decision. At one time, Alb-Confindustry urges the Government of Albania be very prudent regarding the decisions on the privatization and adjustment of the strategic sectors. The extremely negative example of the performance of the energy distribution company highlights the necessity of a diligent revision of all the policies related to the administration of the strategic sectors of economy.
